Pros and cons of my ehealth app for iPhone and iPad

my ehealth app good for

Although there is an option to do so this app does not store my e-mail address.
The app looks and works like a charm. Maybe next version you allow registration as well.
It is great to check the results out on my iPad. Congratulations and thanks to the developers.
iPad and iPhone access makes this app extremely handy. Was great on the web and now truly portable access helps even more. Combine that with the new (?) "merge" accounts and it makes family viewing/management soooooo easy. My thanks to the company and the developers.
Good app. Up to date lab info. I guess if you are sick and get blood work often then this may be beneficial.
All my Lab results in one place... easy to see and refer to. Quickly able to enter them into other APPs as desired. Very simple & straightforward.

Some bad moments

Worked for a while then stopped, it says my password is wrong and I know it is correct. I would be nice if it worked or there was a way to fix it with out loosing everything thing.
App doesnt remember the option to "remember user". It also doesnt remember the option to never check for verification. Odd behaviour throughout. Seems that the app has been abandoned. Mobile version of the website offers at superior user experience.
U end up having to change ur password from logging in too many times. It rarely lets me log in.
It worked a few times but now it just crashes after I login and click view reports. Happens every time now. Very annoying!
When a service is a available via a web browser, then there should be a compelling reason to use the app over the same service via the web. This app doesnt do this. There is no finger print option to avoid all the clunky security and there is no integration with password managers such as 1Password. When I want to access my information via the web, my password manager fills in the security fields automatically, but with this app, I have to do the same task manually. The response effort to use the app is greater than the effort needed via the web. This app is appropriately numbered 1.0.0. Its lack of features are overt.
My email address contains an "&" character which this, and many other programs, consider invalid. As such, I am unable to even enter the app. However, I am able to use the same address over the website without problems. Please correct this issue.
